○ This machine uses a 14-wheel all-metal straightener for horizontal and vertical straightening, and the incoming magnetic ring adopts a 360° bearing design to prevent wire damage. One-touch quick switch wire pressing makes the wire straighter and more accurate.
○ It adopts 16-wheel drive, strong power, double-sided pressure wheel + screw rod positive and negative bud wire feeding to ensure that the center points of large and small wires are consistent; there is no need to change the tool holder and guide tube when switching between large and small wires. The belt feeding system can ensure that the surface of the wire is not damaged. It is widely used in the processing of power cables, sheathed wires, soft and hard wires.
○ The clamping force of the incoming and outgoing wheels can be set directly in the program, without manually adjusting the pressure of the wheels. The incoming and outgoing wheels use a full metal one-button wheel lifting button, which can also be lifted on the touch screen. The outgoing wheel also has the function of automatic wheel lifting. When stripping the wire head, the outgoing wheel can be automatically lifted up to avoid, thus greatly increasing the stripping length range of the wire head. The height of the outgoing wheel can also be set directly in the program.
○ The colorful 7-inch high-definition touch screen interface plus the single-chip control system make all parameters intuitive and easy to understand. You can quickly operate the machine with simple training. The machine also has a three-layer stripping program, which can be divided into three layers of stripping, or up to three times when the stripping length is long; it provides 100 sets of program memory functions, which can store the processing parameters of different wires in different program numbers.
○ The integrated chassis is easy to move, and there is an acrylic thickened protective cover to ensure production safety.
